Have you built your own website or do you have an outdated website?
This service is ideal if you built your own website using a website builder such as Wix or Squarespace, or you have an outdated website that needs a refresh.
Website builders allow anyone to build websites, but just because you can build a website, does not mean you will build a good one.
Nor does a good website design from 10 years ago still qualify as a "good website design" today.
Even if you invest the time to learn how to build a website, are you investing time to learn design rules for layout, navigation, content, etc. that will affect your website performance and overall user experience?
If your website is not easy to navigate or understand, your website will fail you.

Have you ever watched American Idol outtakes of questionable singers who said that their family and friends told them they sang great? Just as you may cringe watching those singers, users may cringe when they land on your website. We don't want that!
You need feedback from someone who has knowledge of designing websites and who will provide honest feedback because isn't that what you really want?

A website audit is where I will go through your website, page-by-page, and write an Audit Report of recommended things to change - this can be anything from the images and layout, to web copy (text on your website), navigation, SEO implementation and more. I will also rank the priority of each recommendation so you know what to focus on first.
This service provides you with recommendations of what changes you should make on your website to help provide a better user experience and a better chance at getting the results you want from your website.
For those who also want to hire me to make the changes, I offer this as a separate service.
What is an Online Audit?
An online audit is where I will review your online presence - your Instagram, Facebook and/or Google Business Profile accounts. I will provide recommendations and tips on how to improve your accounts to get the most out of them.
The online audit is ideal for people who don't know how to use social media for business - and if you don't know what a Google My Business account is, this is probably a good audit for you to do!
